In a Swiss System tournament,
players are ranked by playing ability, or randomly, and paired against each
other for round one. In round two, each winning player plays another
winner, and those yet to win play another player who is also yet to win.
In round 3 those with two wins play another player with two wins, and those
with one win, play another player with one win, and those yet to win play
another player, yet to win. No player ever plays the same opponent more
than once.
